A new study has linked boosting exercise to better mental health, especially in women as they age. The study revealed that women’s mental processing speed (a key aspect of cognitive ageing) may actually benefit more than men from a boost of exercise, such as brisk walking or biking. So women take charge of their brain health by not only investing in mental activities like sudoko, mahjong etc but also by staying physically active. It has been proven to increased memory reserves in women. Time to turn that coffee catchup into an evening walk with a friend perhaps?
