    Should pregnant women eat for two?

    In our latest episode of the Orange Club Podcast, Dr. Usha B.R. shares that a pregnant woman does not need to eat for two. The baby absorbs nutrients similarly to a parasite, so overeating can lead to excessive weight gain and complications. Instead, small, frequent meals are recommended.
