Good first experience availing the services. Easy to place a request for at home sample collection. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. Super agents - explain clearly and withdraw blood painlessly and in single prick - which is a HUGE consideration for us. And the reporting is so very prompt and available also on WhatsApp. We stay in the hospital complex, yet book Orange for all pathological testing needs. 🙂
