On time rather I would say before time service. Polished behaviour of the executive. My rating would be 10/5 :)

Had an amazing experience. Got some prescribed blood tests conducted (OGTT, CBC, LFT etc) The test rep was punctual, professional and organized. But the best part was that we received the report in a couple of hours. Have never seen such quick TAT. Also, the app has a good UI, which is intuitive and easy to use.

Came in on a Sunday in less than 2 hours, sent the reports well before the promised time. We also received a call from their consulting doctor because certain results were high. Overall good prompt, professional service.

It was such a peaceful and smooth processing. They did everything on time without causing any problems. They did not trouble me get additional tests and extra information like other services. It felt so easy. Thank You so much.

Very professional and courteous service. They called half an hour before the scheduled visit to confirm that the collection staff is on way. The staff was punctual and wearing all PPE's. Very polite person and took swab expertly. He explained everything and the report was delivered in time. Am pretty impressed with the quality of services.

The booking was quick. The reports came in record time. The executive who came for sample collection was polite. I messed up with the urine sample, but he was accommodative and was able to resolve the problem. The whole process was hassle free and quick. No reason to delay regular health check ups now.
