They provided me with Covid -19 RT PCR report overnight within 10 hrs, which came out to be negative . Being a doctor I need to take decision about further line of action and it helped me a lot to initiate timely treatment for the patient my mother which resulted in her recovery. I am a doctor. I Would like to say that they provide great service. Sample collection staff is well dressed in freshy opened PPE. They are efficient and polite. Reporting is accurate and fast. Not expensive. Customer care very prompt.

Good service .Instant visits. Only thing is the TAT(time) for some test is like too high, e.g CBC by other labs comes in 2 hrs whereas here with orange lab it is set for 6 hrs. An achievable & relaistic value here would be TAT max 4 hrs from time of collection of sample for the result of CBC to arrive. They should revise their TAT accordingly on app and website.
