Very professional services. On time arrival of eMedic to collect sample. Unlike other apps, He was well groomed and collected the samples very smoothly. Also the reports were shared within 6 hours. Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. At 5pm, tried looking for a home blood test appointment and found one for 6pm. By 545pm, the person arrived. He was very professional, showed me sealed pack of needles and made sure I was comfortable through the process of the getting the blood sample. Highly recommended.
