The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

My experience with Orange Helth Labs has been good so far. They keep up the time , for collecting the sample, analysing and in giving the reports. It's great help, especially for those who can't move out from their homes for getting the samples analysed. Thier charges for testing is also are comparable to any good labs.

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. Experience with orange health was satisfactory and hassle-free. First I had booked for fasting sugar test and glucose level. But I wanted HBA1c test also to be done. So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test. Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

Our overall experience was great. The person who came for sample collection was very good and punctual. We received the reports in 6 hours which really amazed me. I would highly recommend them due to their great customer service.
