My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. Best experience ever with Orange labs. Timely report collection and on time they give the results. Technicians are patient friendy and remove the fear from the patients. My experience with Orange Helth Labs has been good so far. They keep up the time , for collecting the sample, analysing and in giving the reports. It's great help, especially for those who can't move out from their homes for getting the samples analysed. Thier charges for testing is also are comparable to any good labs.

Really excellent service. On time sample was collected and I got the report within 5 hours.

Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.
