Very satisfying punctuality in service including blood sampling to report delivery. Also staff is very customer friendly.

At the last moment I got to know that my uncle travelling to Europe required negative covid test. So we booked a 2:15PM slot and requested our reports on priority. Which they delivered by 9PM, less 7 hours which helped him board his night flight with no hassle. Amazing amazing delivery timeline!
