Orange health has a very easy and transparent collection booking appointment process, but more than that their punctuality towards the collection of samples is awesome. Very professional and courteous service. They called half an hour before the scheduled visit to confirm that the collection staff is on way. The staff was punctual and wearing all PPE's. Very polite person and took swab expertly. He explained everything and the report was delivered in time. Am pretty impressed with the quality of services.

The booking was quick. The reports came in record time. The executive who came for sample collection was polite. I messed up with the urine sample, but he was accommodative and was able to resolve the problem. The whole process was hassle free and quick. No reason to delay regular health check ups now.

I had to travel out of India, and needed my RTPCR to be done 24 hours prior to my travel. Orange Health Diagnostic helped me at a very critical time and gave me my RT PCR test in 3 hours once the sample was collected. Their website is very user friendly and one can track everything on it. They were really quick with their service and the sample collection happened following all protocols and happened very quickly. I registered at 9am and my sample was collected at 10.15am the same day. I recommend this lab to everyone! It was a wonderful experience
