Best experience ever with Orange labs. Timely report collection and on time they give the results. Technicians are patient friendy and remove the fear from the patients. No pain while pricking the needle. Each and every time they sanitize the items and follow each and every protocol to its great extent. Happy with Orange. Will always recommend everyone to try orange. My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star

The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. I would fully recommend Orange for anyone - possibly any test, any age patient. Thank you Orange Labs.

They provide a very good service. The individual that comes for taking the samples are very professional. The reports are also genuine. They provide great discounts also which u won't get in any other labs..

Service provided by Orange Health is excellent. Labs eMedic are very good,friendly and no pain while pricking the needle.

It was very convenient as the slot was available after 7 pm and the updates given on the processing of the tests taken. The reports were quick as promised Hope the same service continues

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster
