Experience with orange health was satisfactory and hassle-free. First I had booked for fasting sugar test and glucose level. But I wanted HBA1c test also to be done. So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test. In an hour i got a confirmation call for cancellation of the test and received the refund by evening. Good experience

Had a great experience. The professional who came to talk the blood was very quick and the process was barely painful. Results could have come a lil quicker. Mine took almost 10 hours. But apart from that, had a pretty positive experience.

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Had booked blood test for my family (family of three). The technician was on time and very organized. Their updates are regular, right from assigning the technician to providing the final report. Would definitely recommend Orange health labs' service for those who do not have the time to get to a health center and would like to get it done at their leisure, in a very safe, secure and hygiene setup (our homes) coupled with extremely professional service.

Had an e-consultation at 8 pm, Doctor has prescribed few blood tests (incl Dengue). Orange Health Lab to the rescue. I found a 9:30 pm slot and surprisingly the phlebotomist reached much earlier at 8:45 pm, samples were collected & he left by 9, I got my CBC-Hemogram by 11:30 pm & Dengue report by 3 am. THEY ARE SO FAST & EFFICIENT. Also got a good discount on the otherwise expensive Dengue test. A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE DEPTH OF THE HEART 🙏 Their whatsapp support is also quick & responsive.

Technicians are very prompt. Wide variety of tests offered. Results are quick (e.g. FBT results in 6 hrs), with all reports available centrally in an app. And, the smart uniforms of their technicians, )who are also skilled and courteous) brings a degree of professionalism unlike other service providers.

The best experience I have had in the last two weeks with multiple tests booked for different family members. From the moment I contacted them till the receipt of the results and re-bookings for follow up tests, everything was fantastic. Pls note the sample taking covered early morning visit, for a patient aged 90+!! Initially I had made the big mistake of contacting another big-noise, big-ad spending Lab service provider based on a Google search of a particular test resulting in its top of page listing, and was utterly disgusted with that Labs' service. My experience with orange labs was really smooth. Earlier I booked for night but then someone called and asked about when did I eat and since I had to be in fast for past 8 hrs before sample collection, we rescheduled it to next morning. The sample collector came in time and process was very smooth.
