Well, Orange Health is doing the professional way to collect blood sample from home. They are punctual on time. And the delivery of the report is faster than what they committed. I would recommend OH for my friends.

Our overall experience was great. The person who came for sample collection was very good and punctual. We received the reports in 6 hours which really amazed me. I would highly recommend them due to their great customer service.

My experience with Orange Health Labs has been great and very user friendly application they have and very easily we can book appointments. We booked an appointment with Mohammad Adam from Orange Labs and he was the one that arranged everything that we needed.

At 5pm, tried looking for a home blood test appointment and found one for 6pm. By 545pm, the person arrived. He was very professional, showed me sealed pack of needles and made sure I was comfortable through the process of the getting the blood sample. Highly recommended.

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Very professional services. On time arrival of eMedic to collect sample. Unlike other apps, He was well groomed and collected the samples very smoothly. Also the reports were shared within 6 hours. We could track the sample also online. I have used other apps earlier , but this was the best experience . Very happy with their services.

He waited and coordinated with me for 1-1.5 hours to get the things done. His name is Vijay. Giving 5 stars, just because of him. My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star
