The executive assigned to me was Dhanraj. He was on time and in exact location. He was very professional and humble. He ensured that all the medical kits are new and even showed it to me before using. I would definitely recommend my family and friends for any future tests. This is my 2nd time. They are charging very reasonable price. Sample collection happened in time without any inconveniences and in very hygienic way. Got the final report before promised time. Reports were getting updated as soon as the tests were getting completed and I was getting updates over email and as well as whatsapp and finally the final report came. The reports look accurate.
