The samples were collected at the appointed time (6 AM) by a very professional agent who dressed neatly and took all the necessary safety procedures. The results were sent by midday as promised. Had booked blood test for my family (family of three). The technician was on time and very organized. Their updates are regular, right from assigning the technician to providing the final report.
