Had a great experience. The professional who came to talk the blood was very quick and the process was barely painful. Results could have come a lil quicker. Mine took almost 10 hours. But apart from that, had a pretty positive experience.

Had booked blood test for my family (family of three). The technician was on time and very organized. Their updates are regular, right from assigning the technician to providing the final report. Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample.
