SupportTerms & Conditions – Orange "ONE"

These Terms & Conditions ("Specific Terms") govern the use of the 'One' ("One Offer") offered by Orchard Healthcare Private Limited ("Company"). These Specific Terms shall be read together with and are subject to the (i) Terms & Conditions ("Parent Terms") and (ii) Privacy Policy of the Company (collectively, the "General Terms").
In case of any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail for matters related to the One Offer.
1. ABOUT ONE OFFER
1.1 The "ONE" Offer is annual, member-based offer that allows eligible users to avail diagnostic services from Company.
1.2 The One Offer benefits are strictly applicable only to the individual who purchased the offer.
1.3 The One Offer is available upon payment of a one-time upfront fee of INR 4,999 or such other revised amount as may be published on the Application.
2. ACTIVATION & VALIDITY
2.1 The One Offer becomes active upon confirmation of payment by the Company.
2.2 The One Offer remains valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.
2.3 The One Offer cannot be paused, split, or extended, unless permitted by Orange Health at its sole discretion.
3. ONE OFFER BENEFITS

3.1 The list of eligible tests is curated by the Company and may be modified periodically at its sole discretion.
3.2 If the total value of curated-list tests selected in a single transaction exceeds INR 2,000, the discount applied will be limited to INR 2,000 only.
3.4 The One Offer does not cover:
- Tests outside the eligible pool of 100 tests
- Radiology/advanced imaging tests (unless specified)
- Home visit/sample collection charges (if applicable)
- Consultations with medical practitioners
- Services from partner labs or third-party providers
4. BOOKING & USAGE
4.1 All bookings shall be made through the Company app/website only.
4.2 A prescription may be required for certain tests as per medical guidelines. The Company reserves the right to refuse service where legally required documentation is not provided.
4.3 For the purpose of availing One Offer, one booking session (irrespective of the number of eligible tests selected) shall be treated as one transaction. You are entitled to a maximum of ten (10) such transactions during the tenure of the One Offer period.
4.4 Slot availability depends on serviceability at the User's location.
4.5 Unused tests or transaction slots cannot be carried forward beyond the One Offer validity period.
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION
5.1 Once activated, the One Offer fee of INR 4,999 is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
5.2 No partial refunds will be issued for non-usage or partial usage.
5.3 One Offer benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Use One Offer in good faith and only for personal purposes
- Provide accurate medical and personal information
- Follow pre-test instructions and prescription requirements
- Not misuse benefits or attempt multiple accounts
Anti-Misuse & Verification
One Offer is intended solely for bonafide personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes or for availing diagnostic services on behalf of any unrelated third parties.
The Company reserves the right to seek basic identity and/or relationship verification (including KYC validation) to confirm that One Offer is being used in accordance with its intended purpose.
In the event Company reasonably determines any misuse, fraudulent use, or booking of tests for unrelated individuals, the Company shall have the right to cancel or suspend the concerned booking and/or One Offer, without any obligation to refund, and may take appropriate action in line with the Parent Terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Orange Health's liability is limited strictly to the extent of service fees paid.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for outcomes of diagnostic reports, medical interpretation, or treatment decisions.
7.3 Diagnostic reports are for information purposes only and must be reviewed by a qualified medical practitioner.
7.4 The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed diagnosis, delay, or non-availability of tests.
8. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel One Offer without refund if:
- Any misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected
- False or misleading information is provided
- Terms are violated or legal requirements are not met
9. MODIFICATIONS
Company may modify the Specific Terms, test list, pricing, or eligibility criteria at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the app/website. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Specific Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by law.
