The Dengue Screening Package consists of a set of diagnostic tests designed to detect and monitor dengue fever, a viral disease spread by mosquitoes. Dengue typically starts with symptoms similar to flu such as high fever, severe headaches, and joint pain, but in some cases, it can progress to more severe conditions. The package includes a Dengue Profile test, which uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect NS1 antigen and IgM and IgG antibodies in your blood, helping to confirm if you have the virus. This is especially important in regions with a high prevalence of dengue fever. Additionally, the package features a Complete Blood Count (CBC) test, which checks different blood components, including platelets. Since dengue can lower platelet levels, the CBC test, together with the Dengue Profile, helps assess the phase of the infection and the need for medical intervention. The package also includes Liver Function Tests (LFTs) to evaluate liver health, as dengue can affect liver function, leading to changes in enzyme levels or, in severe cases, liver damage. These tests provide a thorough evaluation for diagnosing and managing dengue fever.

If you're in Delhi, you can conveniently book the Dengue Screening Package at home, with service available throughout the city.
