The punctuality and efficiency of the team were impressive, and to top it off, I received my test results even earlier than expected. Good first experience availing the services. Easy to place a request for at home sample collection. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. Based on my first experience, I recommend Orange Health.
