Awesome experience.. very fast and smooth process. Quick response from Orange Health team. I needed to get my covid test done and called almost 10 diagnostic centers none of them responded since it was sunday although they have mentioned they were open but when i called them they said they would come on the next day. (Not to take any names) But Orange Health care team were very prompt. I just checked in their websites. Got a response call within a minute. The executive was very helpful, clear and he surely did know how to talk a patient or person in need , i did feel a sense of caring nature and he sorted it out quickly, arranged the sample collection in the next hour.. Even the lab technician (sample collector) was punctual and He took proper safety measures. And yes!! I got my reports within 4 hours ( i was hoping to get it on the next day) Awesome guys.. keep up the good work.. A Satisfied Patron. 😌

Super agents - explain clearly and withdraw blood painlessly and in single prick - which is a HUGE consideration for us. And the reporting is so very prompt and available also on WhatsApp. We stay in the hospital complex, yet book Orange for all pathological testing needs. 🙂

The booking was quick. The reports came in record time. The executive who came for sample collection was polite. I messed up with the urine sample, but he was accommodative and was able to resolve the problem. The whole process was hassle free and quick. No reason to delay regular health check ups now.

It was a bit different and nice experience than the other lab people who come to home for collection. The staff was well groomed and dressed. Had a fresh N93 mask and removed shoes outside home. He didn't touch anything after entering and started wearing all his gears which I noticed was unpacked and fresh. Very neatly took swab, disposed the gears separately in his bag and left. Thorough professional. Also, got report within time. Quick and prompt service.

Amazing service. Timely collection of samples and before time report delivery. Also suitable for the pocket as pricing is quite affordable and reasonable. Has a user friendly app too. Would recommed all to use Orange Health!!
