I had requested around 12pm to collect my sample for checking Covid-19, the slot was available between 5-6pm. The lady executive called me up and took some details, was very polite and professional. The exexutive came in just 01 hour which was very fast. He was very humble and polite. He explained me everything very professionaly and helped me in checking my last dose date in Cowin site. I am giving 5 stars to the services of Orange Lab. Sample collected at 7:00 am from my place and I received back reports on whats app at 9:34 am. I was surprised for that and also have doubts on Vit- D and Vit B12 tests results. I never got results for both the tests in approx 1.5 hous, becauce my sample reached to Lab approx 8:00 am. So I am happy to get results in a short time but have doubt on report results.
