The booking was quick. The reports came in record time. The executive who came for sample collection was polite. I messed up with the urine sample, but he was accommodative and was able to resolve the problem. The whole process was hassle free and quick. No reason to delay regular health check ups now.

Very professional and courteous service. They called half an hour before the scheduled visit to confirm that the collection staff is on way. The staff was punctual and wearing all PPE's. Super agents - explain clearly and withdraw blood painlessly and in single prick - which is a HUGE consideration for us. And the reporting is so very prompt and available also on WhatsApp. We stay in the hospital complex, yet book Orange for all pathological testing needs. 🙂
