Good first experience availing the services. Easy to place a request for at home sample collection. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. Had an amazing experience. Got some prescribed blood tests conducted (OGTT, CBC, LFT etc) The test rep was punctual, professional and organized. But the best part was that we received the report in a couple of hours. Have never seen such quick TAT. Also, the app has a good UI, which is intuitive and easy to use.
