They were really quick with their service and the sample collection happened following all protocols and happened very quickly. I needed to get my covid test done and called almost 10 diagnostic centers none of them responded since it was sunday although they have mentioned they were open but when i called them they said they would come on the next day. (Not to take any names) But Orange Health care team were very prompt. I just checked in their websites. Got a response call within a minute. The executive was very helpful, clear and he surely did know how to talk a patient or person in need , i did feel a sense of caring nature and he sorted it out quickly, arranged the sample collection in the next hour.. Even the lab technician (sample collector) was punctual and He took proper safety measures. And yes!!
