In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. Very professional and courteous service. They called half an hour before the scheduled visit to confirm that the collection staff is on way. The staff was punctual and wearing all PPE's.
