Excellent service one of the best lab in the world

On time rather I would say before time service. Polished behaviour of the executive. My rating would be 10/5 :)

Right from placing orders for the tests to the result obtained, the process is very smooth. Quick response from their call centre, doubt clearing, the calls for fixing time and date, followed by arrival of competent technician well in time, collection with proper hygiene, reaching lab in time, and results in few hours! The whole process is streamlined and hassle free. No follow ups required at any one point of time. Highly professional Highly recommended

I had to travel out of India, and needed my RTPCR to be done 24 hours prior to my travel. Orange Health Diagnostic helped me at a very critical time and gave me my RT PCR test in 3 hours once the sample was collected. Their website is very user friendly and one can track everything on it. They were really quick with their service and the sample collection happened following all protocols and happened very quickly. I registered at 9am and my sample was collected at 10.15am the same day. I recommend this lab to everyone! It was a wonderful experience
