Orange representative Afraz Poonawala did an excellent job. He arrived on time and even called me prior to coming to check in on my availability. He spoke kindly and was well dressed in his uniform. He also drew bloody with ease and allowed me to have a painless procedure. He was conversational and answered all my queries. He very evidently left a very positive impression about Orange Health.

Post the covid pandemic, the organization offers company sponsored full body health check up for all of its employees as part of its employee wellness program. My wife availed the service for the first time today. The designated lab assigned for the sample collection at home was 'Orange Health Labs'. The technician name was 'Mr. Afraz Poonawala'. Mr. Afraz was courteous and went about his duty diligently. He was patient enough to wait for 10-15 minutes as my wife was running late as she had to run some urgent errands at home.
