From Mr. Himanshu , who resolved all my queries , Mr Avulu who made sure that phlebotomist draws blood before my flight to the team who sent the report before me even landing. Updated to 5* now as my previous review was of 4* only for the reason I had to ask for report in PDF format. Glad to say Orange Labs was quick to respond and now the default reports are in PDF format.
