Orange representative Afraz Poonawala did an excellent job. He arrived on time and even called me prior to coming to check in on my availability. He spoke kindly and was well dressed in his uniform. Mr. Afraz was courteous and went about his duty diligently. He was patient enough to wait for 10-15 minutes as my wife was running late as she had to run some urgent errands at home.
