I had to travel out of India, and needed my RTPCR to be done 24 hours prior to my travel. Orange Health Diagnostic helped me at a very critical time and gave me my RT PCR test in 3 hours once the sample was collected. Their website is very user friendly and one can track everything on it. They were really quick with their service and the sample collection happened following all protocols and happened very quickly. I needed to get my covid test done and called almost 10 diagnostic centers none of them responded since it was sunday although they have mentioned they were open but when i called them they said they would come on the next day. (Not to take any names) But Orange Health care team were very prompt. I just checked in their websites. Got a response call within a minute. The executive was very helpful, clear and he surely did know how to talk a patient or person in need , i did feel a sense of caring nature and he sorted it out quickly, arranged the sample collection in the next hour.. Good first experience availing the services. Easy to place a request for at home sample collection. In fact the collection was scheduled in no time, which I really appreciate because it was a RTPCR where time is of essence. The phlebotomist arrived on time despite a heavy rain. He was courteous and quite skilled. The report came on time too. The status updates were easily available. Customer care was prompt and helpful. Very professional and courteous service. They called half an hour before the scheduled visit to confirm that the collection staff is on way. The staff was punctual and wearing all PPE's. Had an amazing experience. Got some prescribed blood tests conducted (OGTT, CBC, LFT etc) The test rep was punctual, professional and organized.
