Had booked blood test for my family (family of three). The technician was on time and very organized. Their updates are regular, right from assigning the technician to providing the final report. Would definitely recommend Orange health labs' service for those who do not have the time to get to a health center and would like to get it done at their leisure, in a very safe, secure and hygiene setup (our homes) coupled with extremely professional service.

Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. They are very professional in their work. Phlebotomist always shows new needle and does his job perfectly. Blood reports are also published quickly.
