This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. Punctual. Technician is polite, courteous and efficient. Needle pricking is painless and results of the tests are given very fast. I am fully impressed. Me and 4 more family members have been availing Orange services for the past two years. Excellent service.

Good experience everytime except one where phlebotomist didn't prick correctly. My wife had much pain even after few days and it looked like some clot had happened. But it was one in almost 20 visits. I would still recommend. One suggestion to Orange would be to keep Lithium tests within a day so we could get test results faster
