Booked home collection. Person was on time to collect the sample, was well groomed and very polite while being thorough professional. Final report was received within few hours on WhatsAppand email. Periodic Updates received from lab was very helpful. Overall a very good experience

Had an e-consultation at 8 pm, Doctor has prescribed few blood tests (incl Dengue). Orange Health Lab to the rescue. I found a 9:30 pm slot and surprisingly the phlebotomist reached much earlier at 8:45 pm, samples were collected & he left by 9, I got my CBC-Hemogram by 11:30 pm & Dengue report by 3 am. THEY ARE SO FAST & EFFICIENT. Also got a good discount on the otherwise expensive Dengue test. A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE DEPTH OF THE HEART 🙏 Their whatsapp support is also quick & responsive.

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. My experience with orange labs was really smooth. Earlier I booked for night but then someone called and asked about when did I eat and since I had to be in fast for past 8 hrs before sample collection, we rescheduled it to next morning. The sample collector came in time and process was very smooth.

Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. I recommend their service for those who runs a busy life.
