Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. Booking was easy but some tweaks needed to allow finding the right tests. The assigned person was great. No pain or any discomfort. The reports came in quickly as well. Some data points were not collected - body weight and height which can impact the inference of the results.

The orange lab and their team is amazing in giving constant results and positive support . They helped me in crunch time which was highly appreciated and showed their professionalism . My interaction with Orange Health Labs has been excellent. Very quick procedure. The samples were collected at the appointed time (6 AM) by a very professional agent who dressed neatly and took all the necessary safety procedures. The results were sent by midday as promised. I want to thank the staff for their fantastic job.

Experience with orange health was satisfactory and hassle-free. First I had booked for fasting sugar test and glucose level. But I wanted HBA1c test also to be done. So when the captain came into collect the sample on the spot i booked a new test and cancellEd glucose test. In an hour i got a confirmation call for cancellation of the test and received the refund by evening. Good experience
