Right from the hassle free and quick booking, to delivery of the report (in under 4 hours from collection) it's been a seamless process. This is the second time we have used Orange Health and mention must be made of the personnel, they are always on time , well spoken and ensure the client is at ease before collecting the sample. Very good experience with eMedic Golla Hareesh for collecting the sample from home. Reports were also shared within declared timelines by Orange and accepted by Doctors.

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. For the service delivered as published, it is a 5-star

Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. I recommend their service for those who runs a busy life.
