Very good customer experience using their Mobile app. Very well behaved technician visited house, showed all equipment used as new and done a neat job of pricking blood.. results were updated timely over WhatsApp and mobile app notification. I recommend their service for those who runs a busy life.

My experience with Orange labs have been excellent so far. Have relied on their home visit for regular blood tests given that it is a case of dengue, and close monitoring of the blood count is essential. They are prompt as promised and the results too are available within committed time lines. As to accuracy of results, I rely on the lab certifications to give me confidence. Would have wanted a voice interface ( a number to call ) for a first time experience, and an ability to order for quicker reports (2 hours) for a differential charge. Results are quick (e.g. FBT results in 6 hrs), with all reports available centrally in an app. And, the smart uniforms of their technicians, )who are also skilled and courteous) brings a degree of professionalism unlike other service providers.
