Absolute lymphocyte count test measures the level of lymphocyte (white blood cell) in the blood. Abnormal levels of lymphocytes may indicate the presence of an infection or other significant illness and should be investigated by your doctor. Some cases may show a temporary rise in the levels of lymphocytes post an illness.
