Any precautions to be taken prior to the test?

Using antihistamines, steroids, cortisone creams and certain drugs like Allegra, Cetirizine etc before an allergy test can interfere with the accuracy of the results. To ensure the accuracy of your test, refrain from taking these medications for 48 hours before the test.
